Nicole & Eric reside in NYC with their two young children. Nicole grew up going to the North Fork and (easily) convinced Eric to rent there numerous times. They purchased Harbor House, a new construction build, in early 2025. Their good friend Kerry of Hines Collective elegantly designed every detail of this home.
